Back Orifice Windows Remote Administration Tool
Back Orifice is a remote administration system which allows a user to control a computer
across a tcpip connection using a simple console or GUI application. On a local LAN or
across the internet, BO gives its user more control of the remote Windows machine than
the person at the keyboard of the remote machine has.

This is a 'joke' trojan that the author, Carl-Fredrik Neikter, released to play tricks on
his friends. Unfortunately, the kiddies got hold of it and decided to abuse it.
Now, the trojan is in widespread & most days some idiot tries it on me! Mind you,
they soon disconnect when they see what I really have running :o)

The Netbus trojan is one of the most famous trojans around. Its authored by Carl-Frederik
Neikter that is very similar to the "Back Orifice" trojan distributed by CdC. It allows ANYONE
running the client portion to connect and control ANYONE running the server portion of it,
WITH THE SAME RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS THE CURRENTLY LOGGED ON USER!
